I was born and raised in Germany until I moved to Portugal at the age of 13. I had a strong intuitive connection to the community of Tamera after a first visit and decided to move there one year ahead of my family (who joined me later).
Growing up and living in an intentional community with the big vision of creating a model for a peaceful society and within a basis of free love and sexuality for 23 years has of course shaped my thinking and behaving in many ways. For most of it I am deeply grateful. Some parts were difficult and challenging and I am still learning from that. And yet other parts have hindered me in ways that I distanced myself and embarked on my own journey of discovery. I am a mother of an 8 year old boy and this child is the best thing that could have ever happened to me. He kicks my ass when I fall numb, he breaks my heart open when I am about to close, he gives me purpose in moments when I tend to lose it, he motivates me to get my shit together and be my best self. I am trying. Everyday :) I am also a certified Coach for holistic, integrative trauma work NI Neurosystemische Integration® which includes essences of Ego-State therapy, Somatic Experiencing and Hypnotherapy among others. |
